The property was completed in 2021 and finished to an incredibly high standard, offering guests comfortable yet stylish surroundings to enjoy their holiday.

The fully air-conditioned villa is accessed at street level through a gate where steps will lead you up to the front door and to the pool terrace. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor 
The ground floor is dedicated to the open plan living space. The lounge area comprises a large grey L-shaped sofa with contrasting patterned textiles, a wide coffee table, stylish rug, a sleek wooden TV unit and shelving. The flat screen TV features English channels and Netflix, and a Bluetooth sound bar ensures optimum sound. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors give access to the pool terrace and allow the natural light to fill the space.
The well-equipped kitchen features contemporary design of dusky midnight blue juxtaposed with sleek natural wood in the units and integral island/breakfast bar with matching stools. Between the kitchen and the lounge area is where the wooden circular dining table can be found which will seat all guests comfortably in moulded upholstered chairs. The space is complimented by the chic glass light fittings that give a warm glow for memorable evening feasts, and there is also a further set of floor-to-ceiling doors allowing the sunlight in during the day.
A cloakroom can also be found on this level, as well as a storage cupboard with a safe.
Lower ground floor
There is plenty to keep guests busy on this floor starting with the air-conditioned gym which features a treadmill, exercise bike, yoga/pilates mats and balls, and there is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a pool in this area that can be heated for an extra charge, and also a sauna for relaxing in after a workout. The space is furnished with 3 sun loungers with a wall of leafy bamboo behind giving a fresh feel, and there is access to a balcony where there is a table and 2 chairs. 
A guest shower room with basin and WC can also be found on this level.
At the end of a long day soaking up the sun or working out, head to the cosy cinema room, filled with comfy chairs and cushions, which has a large screen and a Bluetooth sound bar for the full cinematic experience. No trip to the cinema would be complete without popcorn and candyfloss, and you'll find a kitchenette across the hallway where these treats can be prepared before settling down to a movie.
First floor
Bedroom 1 -  This large double room features smooth natural wood design with complimenting white and purple textiles, a dressing area, matching wooden vanity station with plush purple seat, a jacuzzi bath and an en-suite shower room with twin basins. Floor-to-ceiling siding doors lead out onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs set and a swing seat for guests to relax and enjoy the views across Kalkan and the Turquoise coast beyond.
Bedroom 2 - The twin bedroom features a light wood design with warm red textiles and has a matching vanity station with semi circular mirror, a wardrobe, and a built in chaise lounge. There is an en-suite shower room, and a private balcony with a table and chairs. This room can be made into a double on request.
A utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron is located on this floor.
Second floor (roof terrace)
Bedroom 3 - The master bedroom has a large wooden platform bed with grey, turquoise and beige abstract textiles. There is a matching wardrobe and vanity station with a turquoise pouffe and a specially designed mirror that makes use of the roof space. The room benefits from a luxurious freestanding bath, and there is a separate en-suite shower. Sliding doors lead out on to the large roof terrace furnished with a cushioned seating area and a wooden pergola with integral mattress and shade, both perfect for enjoying the incredible views across the bay. When evening sets in, guests can congregate at the bar area (which also features a fridge and sink), and enjoy the views with a sundowner in hand.
Outdoor space
The large ground floor terrace features an infinity pool with built in jacuzzi, a shallow area with sun loungers and tables, and steps that lead down in to the water for a relaxing swim. To one side of the terrace is a shaded pergola on a raised platform with 2 comfy mattresses for lounging out of the sun's rays. There is also a hanging basket chair to curl up in with a good book. Over on the other side of the terrace and adjacent to the kitchen is the al-fresco dining and barbequing space with a sink and prep area; perfect for bringing the whole party together in the evening for a home-cooked feast. There is also an L-shaped cushioned lounge set with table for relaxing with a glass of wine after dinner. The lush garden at the rear of the property provides a shady retreat for those looking to escape the heat of the sun, and further leafy plants dotted around the pool terrace give a fresh feel to the space.
