Villa Enhave has been conceived with the guest experience, comfort, and stylish interiors as guiding principles, and we believe the architects and designers involved in this project and the sister villa Villa Murphy (the adjacent villa) have produced something special here. Villa Enhave accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the lower ground floor, each with their own bathroom, two king size doubles and a twin, each with e-suite facilities and sea view balconies on the first floor and one double bedroom with access to the roof terrace with sea views on the second floor.

Lower ground floor
Accessed from the ground floor, steps lead down to a very large space, split into two generous double bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and an area dedicated to keeping kids entertained, which is equipped with a table tennis table, table football and a pool table. There is also gym equipment available for use. One of these lower ground floor bedrooms has sea views and the other does not. Both have sliding doors and Juliet balconies. There is also a Hammam/ Sauna for guests use on this floor.
Ground floor
The open plan living area occupies the entirety of this floor and is laid out to create defined areas for dining and lounging as well as a kitchen with Island equipped to self-cater. There are some well-chosen art pieces in this space and throughout the property. Floor to ceiling glass showcase the fabulous views that are afforded to guests staying in this part of Kalkan, with access directly to the pool terrace from the living area. The villa has central integrated air-conditioning throughout. There are windows to all aspects in this space introducing plenty of sunlight no matter the time of day. Wi-Fi and Satellite television are provided.
First floor
There are 2 double en-suite bedrooms and a twin en-suite bedroom on this floor, all with sea view balconies furnished with two chairs and a small bistro table. The master bedroom also has a spacious built in jacuzzi bath with views of Kalkan Bay. Mood lighting, well-chosen art pieces and nice finishes and furnishings complete the first-floor bedroom accommodation. The two bedrooms on the right of the property (looking out to sea) have balconies that are joined, with a plant providing partial separation. The third bedroom balcony is not connected. The hallway that serves the first-floor bedrooms is light and airy, with artworks, warm spotlighting, and some plants.
Second floor
The second floor is home to the remaining double en-suite bedroom, benefitting from access to the roof terrace with sea views. This spacious bedroom is complete with a built in jacuzzi bath, TV, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Outside
Watch the yachts and Gulets depart the harbour entrance in the morning and return late afternoon from the extensive terrace. The outside space, so important on a Kalkan holiday is designed to provide comfortable places to relax, swim, dine and enjoy the views from various parts of the terrace. It is an L shapes space that wraps around the property, with a seating set on the left-hand side of the villa, dining under the front façade overhang by the pool and an egg chair from which to enjoy your morning coffee to the left of the pool. Quite a feature of the property is the Balinese inspired pool, which has a sunbathing shelf for dangling your toes in the water while soaking up the rays. There is a metal gate to the rear of the terrace that gives access to the front of the property and car parking. Alfresco dining is well catered for with a built in BBQ and dining set up..
