Kalkan's historic and vibrant old town area, beach, shops and harbour are around 15-20 minutes walk from the villa, making it very convenient to access much of what Kalkan has to offer on foot.

Villa Lumineux has 6 bedrooms all with rainfall showers with sea views through the 'see but not be seen' windows. A large fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge area and an attractive terrace furnished with sun loungers and reclining chairs is a great place for alfresco dining or cocktails. A kidney shaped infinity pool has sea views across the bay to Kalkan beach and the old town and mountainside. Accommodation is arranged over four floors with a private roof terrace on the top floor.
Ground floor
Floor to ceiling windows throughout the property open the sea views to spectacular effect and introduce an abundance of natural light. A large open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen that features an island with electric hobs, a dining area which seats 10 guests and a lounge area with fireplace, a large corner sofa, coffee table and satellite TV with DVD and CD player. There is also a cloak room on this floor.
