Villa Setara is one of two neighbouring 'Avicenna Villas' (Afsana is the other) that sit in a premium location close to the sea and Palm Beach club as well as the new Zest Beach Club in the popular and sought after area of Komurluk in Kalkan. Designed to maximise the impact of the lovely views, Setara uses glass in its construction to open up the views from many parts of the property to spectacular effect. Interior design and furnishings here are contemporary and comfortable, with splashes of colour in the artwork that look great against the cool white walls.

We are delighted to be able to offer Villa Setara located in the prestigious and much sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan. The property has 4 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, a roof terrace and sea and mountain views.

Setara can be booked with its neighbouring " sister property " Villa Afsana extending occupancy to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and the one bedroom property  Villa Nana, located in front and below extends the occupancy even further to 18. 

Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is double-height with panoramic views and is furnished in a contemporary style.
The kitchen-diner is well equipped with modern appliances including gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer microwave oven and coffee machine plus a dining table with 6 seats.
The living area has a Smart flat-screen TV which has access to the internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime, a DVD player and has an excellent sound system.
The whole floor is fronted by full-height windows which allow light to flood into the house and make the most of the sea views. Cool white and cream tones are used within the interior design creating a tranquil place to relax.
The first of the villa's four bedrooms is located on this level - a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (the twin beds in this room can also be configured as a double if preferred). This room has views out onto the terrace.
First floor
The master bedroom (with king size bed) is located on this floor - this bedroom is approximately 40 square metres and features a free-standing Jacuzzi bath from which to enjoy views of the sea and mountains. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing room and a private sea view balcony.
Second floor
Two further bedrooms are arranged on this floor.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bath/shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin. The second of the bedrooms on this floor has an en-suite shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom has a king size bed. Sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from both bedrooms and they each have access to the villa's roof terrace which extends the width of the villa. 
Outside
Villa Setara has an infinity pool with Jacuzzi jets, a children's pool and terraces on three sides that provide an al-fresco dining area, an outside sofa seating area,  sun loungers and BBQ. To the side of the pool terrace guests can also find the table tennis table and table football.  
The walk to central Kalkan will take 10-12 minutes along a coastal pathway. The popular Palm Beach Club and the brand-new Zest Beach Club are situated below the villas so it's just a couple of minutes' walk to either. Once there you can enjoy an excellent lunch, indulge in some water sports or just soak up the sun from the wooden sun-deck over the water.
