This villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms each with their own Jacuzzi bathtub, and has plenty of outside space to sunbathe, dine alfresco and relax around the private swimming pool (12 x 5 metres).

Ground floor
An open plan living room comprising lounging space, kitchen and dining area occupies much of the ground floor. With glass floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to much of the front of the property providing views out to the pool terrace and beyond to the Mediterranean. The 'L-shaped sofa provides plenty of space to relax in front of the wall mounted flat-screen TV. There is a dining table with seating for 6 guests. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped to self cater and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob/ extractor, microwave, Kettle and toaster. Villa La Mer is air-conditioned throughout and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for Turquoise Collection guests.
A separate WC is located on this floor, together with a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first of the villa's four bedrooms is also on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (100cm x 200cm), en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath and separate shower cubicle. This bedroom has sea views and direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
There are three bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom 2 has a super king size bed (200cm x 200xm) which can also be made up as twin beds (100cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath and separate shower cubicle. This bedroom has sea views and direct to a furnished private balcony.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed (180cm x 200cm), and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath and separate shower cubicle. This bedroom has sea views and direct to a furnished private balcony.
Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed (180cm x 200cm), and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath and separate shower cubicle. This bedroom has sea views and direct to a furnished private balcony.
Outside
One of the standout features of this villa is its 12m x 5m swimming pool - it has a submerged seating area section with Jacuzzi style jets, together with a children's pool and an area into which sun loungers can be placed as well as a large swimming area (4 metres x 12 metres). The pool terrace is furnished with dining table with seating for 6 guest, 8 sun-loungers and a comfortable shaded rattan style seating area from which to enjoy lovely views. The views from the pool terrace look out across Kalkan and the bay towards Snake and Mouse islands. There is also a 250sqm garden with children's playground with table tennis and a football table next to the villa for the sole use of Villa La Mer.

Due to the location Villa La Mer is not suitable for walking into town however the drive to the centre of Kalkan is only about 6 minutes.
The villa is approached by a number of steps, so it may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
