New for the 2023 season, Villa Kai offers spacious and modern villa accommodation for up to 6 guests, a private salt water infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi, table tennis table, stylish roof terrace and some wonderful sea and mountain views.
The accommodation in detail:
Every detail has been well thought out in this villa, from the Jacuzzi baths with a sea view, to the fully equipped kitchen, electrically controlled curtains and expertly placed indoor and outdoor comfortable seating and dining areas.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living space, WC and one double bedroom.
The spacious kitchen, living and dining area benefits from glorious sea views and provides guests with access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is well equipped to ensure that self-catering is as easy as possible and a large dining table for 6 guests enables everyone to enjoy meals together. The living section features a flat screen TV, sofa and two comfortable arm chairs.
The ground floor bedroom has a simple yet stylish feel and benefits from a double bed, arm chair, TV, Jacuzzi bath, en-suite bathroom and sea views. Large, glass sliding doors open straight out onto the pool terrace.
First floor
A high ceiling stairwell leading up from the ground floor brings you to the first floor landing. From here guests can access the spacious roof terrace which is an excellent spot to relax and take in the view.
The first floor bedroom features a double bed, arm chair,
TV, Jacuzzi bath and en-suite bathroom. Large, glass sliding doors
open onto a private sea view balcony furnished with two cushioned
armchairs.
Outdoor space
Villa Kai's 10m x 4m infinity pool is a salt water pool with a separate Jacuzzi section. Six sun loungers and two large parasols line the pool and are perfectly positioned to allow guests to soak up the sun and enjoy the views.
To the side of the pool sits a shaded comfortable seating and/or dining area, making an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or to dine al-fresco.
The roof terrace is furnished with a swing seat and cushioned sofa and armchair set. The table tennis table is also located here, and the whole space overlooks the breath-taking sea and mountains below.
Lower ground floor
Villa Kai's third bedroom is accessed separately from the main villa offering an ideal option for older teenagers/ young adults looking for independence or those looking for a little more peace and privacy. The suite is complete with a double bed, dressing table area, TV and en-suite bathroom.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
