Villa Alisia is in a relatively peaceful, yet convenient location next to an olive grove and close to the Regency Hotel; perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Two other well-known hotels are close by as well as beach clubs and several restaurants and shops along the Kalamar Road. Kalkan old town, shopping and beaches are around 8-10 minute walk away
At around 250 square meters, the property provides plenty of space for a large group with accommodation arranged over three floors offering 4 large bedrooms (Master; Double and 2 Twins) with a large private garage underneath providing secure parking and direct access to the Villa via steps.
Villa Alisia is nicely furnished, with lovely open sea views and a private swimming pool that is in full sun all day. An open plan living area on the ground floor of about 60 square meters comprises a well equipped kitchen, dining area and a step down to the lounge with large glass doors and windows allowing light to flood into the space and making the most of the sea views.There is a large screen LCD Satellite Television and a docking station in the lounge area.
The Master bedroom suite occupies a whole floor and comprises a large bathroom with double basins, a separate dressing area and a balcony of 25 square meters.
There is access directly from the lounge area to the swimming pool and outdoor "al fresco" dining terrace with adjacent stone built BBQ.

Good spacious rooms and storage. Great equipment if you decide to eat in. Good location with a short 15-minute walk into the centre of the Kalkan or a 4min taxi ride. Some good facilities close by. Fantastic view with a pool and terrace area that gets the sun all day. We would book it again!
Each room has it's own bathroom, well spaced out and private, giving a feeling of space. The villas has everything you could possibly need for a complete and independent stay. The views are beautiful from every room and the pool area catches the sun throughout the day.
Stunning house with amazing views across the bay, we all, kids and parents enjoyed our stay here. The property was gorgeous and clean with stunning views and had everything we needed to sit back and totally relax on our holiday.
