Bedroom 1 is located on the top floor of the block and is accessed by it's own private staircase.
It is an elegantly furnished en-suite double room and boasts unrivalled views of the bay and islands. Outside it has it's own private balcony on the front face of the building with stunning sea views which is furnished with 2 easy chairs and an occasional table.
Bedroom 2 is also located on the top floor and also has it's own private staircase.
This is the largest bedroom and can be configured either as a double or a twin. It also has an en-suite shower room. This room has beautful views to the sea as well as the town and mountains beyond.
Outside the apartment is a
large balcony/roof terrace which can be accessed directly from the
bedroom or from a door on the landing. This is the main outside
space and features an outdoor kitchenette complete with sink and
fridge as well as a comfy sofa, chairs and sunloungers. Shade is
provided by a large (2m) umbrella.
Bedroom 3 is a single room and is located off the lounge/dining area on the lower floor of the property. This room has views over the town. Although it is not an en-suite room, it has a shower room adjacent to it which also serves the lounge/dining area.
The owners have given this apartment a great holiday home feel by having plenty of local artworks and ensuring it is fully equipped to a high standard.

A £300.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
