In a premium location in Kalkan's historic and beautiful old town area, Penthouse Saray is in a very convenient location to enjoy the beach, harbour, boutiques and vibrant dining scene for which Kalkan is renowned; all just 3 minutes walk away. The property is one of 6 in the apartment building which has a stone frontage in keeping with architecture in its Old Town location and a contemporary interior. The property has a good amount of outside space in the form of a large furnished side balcony which is also equipped with an outside kitchen, and a balcony bedroom on the front of the building, both of which have lovely sea views.
Built by one of Kalkan's leading developers, this building comprises 6 apartments, all with sea views and use of a large communal swimming pool.
Living area:
The living space is open plan with a lounge/diner with an L
shaped fitted Kitchen complete with a oven, hob, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.
The lounge has TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and WiFi
available.
A sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate a 6th guest.
The balcony which is accessed from this level is furnished with a
round table and 4 chairs and also has a BBQ and outside
kitchen.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - An en-suite double room with a spacious
furnished south facing balcony that has lovely sea views and
located on the top floor of the building, accessed by its own
staircase.
Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom that can be configured as a double is
also located on the top floor, is accessed by its own staircase and
is the largest bedroom. This room also has an en-suite shower room
and lovely views to the sea as well as the town and mountains
beyond.
Bedroom 3 - A single bedroom located off the lounge/dining area on
the lower floor of the property. This room has views over the town.
Although it is not an en-suite room, there is also a shower room
adjacent to it which also serves the lounge/dining area.
Outside area:
Outside the apartment is a large balcony/roof terrace which can be accessed directly from the bedroom or from a door on the landing. This is the main outside space and features an outdoor kitchenette complete with sink and fridge as well as a comfy sofa, chairs and sun loungers. Shade is provided by a large (2m) umbrella.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Perfection. Our trip to Kalkan really has been superb. The apartment is beautifully furnished, has all modern appliances and every detail has been thought through even down to adapters being available for all plug sockets. The views from the balconies are stunning, the pool idyllic and the location really couldn't be any better. We travelled with two 16 year old boys and two 20 year old girls. They loved the beach clubs and water sports during the day and the bars at night and felt very safe being out at all hours. We will definitely return.
We travelled at the beginning of July with two 16 year olds and two twenty year olds. The apartment was beautiful. Very modern, air conditioned throughout, balconies on every level and a bathroom for each bedroom. It had a lovely homely feel, had every thing we needed from adapter plugs to a fridge on the top balcony to keep cold drinks in. We barbecued a few times which was great given the spectacular view and also had some lovely meals out at the recommended restaurants. The pool also enjoys a wonderful view and is very well maintained. Even though there were six of us, we always had a lounger each. The beach clubs were great fun for the younger contingent of our group as were the late night bars. The apartment really is in the perfect location to access everything. We will definitely return.
Easy access to town lovely views and spacious apartment. Fabulous apartments for four people,each bedroom very private with own en suite. Location is ideal for all town amenities with restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes walk. Also only short walk to boats for the beach clubs and harbour beach club. Views across the bay are fabulous from all the rooms and roof terrace, We have stayed in this apartment before and I am sure we return again.
Second time we have stayed at this property will definitely stay here again fully equipped.

Lovely apartment with amazing views close to everything you would want on a holiday. Pool area with sea views is a lovely area to relax around or just to cool off at the end of your day's adventures.
