Eclipse presents a playful and eclectic take on traditional Thai gastronomy, with signature recipes and ingredients that showcase the best of the south. Journey around the region with a curry degustation platter for the adventurous. Explore the layered flavours of khao yum coconut rice from Songkhla, Chef Sai's moo hong braised pork belly from Phuket, and Surat Thani's rare version of Pad Thai.

The products are 100% locally sourced and sustainably produced, including organic mushrooms and soybean from Koh Samui. Indulge in seasonal delicacies such as abalone from the Andaman and jumbo crab from the Gulf of Thailand.

Begin your day with a buffet spread of freshly baked goods, tropical fruits, and a selection of hot dishes. Order your eggs Benedict style or poached at the live cooking station.

An a la carte menu is also available during the evenings, with Thai and international dishes. Dine indoors or out on the verandah with a gentle breeze.

A Shore puts a modern spin on the traditional desert island beach shack, with its whitewashed deck adorned with rustic furnishings including the hull of a once-hardworking fishing boat transformed into a comfy private booth. Matching the décor, the menu is stylish yet informal, starring simple Mediterranean fare with Asian influences. Think light appetisers, flavoursome main courses and fresh, grilled seafood, perfect for al-fresco enjoyment. 

A Shore also offers front row seats to stunning sunset views at happy hour.
