Things to do at Avani+ Resort Koh Samui

The Avani+ Resort offers guests the choice of two large infinity swimming pools, both of which are lined by sun loungers and are situated along the beachfront, with views out over the white sand and turquoise water that sits in front. 

Guests will find the family friendly pool by the Essence Restaurant and the adult only pool can be reached via a path from the main resort lobby. 

Avani+ Resort is located right on the beachfront and guests will find sun loungers and cabana's dotted along Avani's calm stretch. The beach is not ideal for swimming, however there are other nearby beaches where guests can go to take a dip in the water. 

SEEN Beach Club is one of Koh Samui's hottest spots and offers a chic setting on the beachfront for those looking to listen to the DJs holiday tunes whilst lazing by the pool, chilling out at the sunken swim-up bar and indulging in Mediterranean, Asian and American cuisine. Head over on a weekend to enjoy SEEN's pool parties or lazy Sunday brunches. 

The club is approximately a 45 minute shuttle journey from Avani+. 

Opening times are from 10am-12am. 

Guests at Avani+ Resort have complimentary use of the kayaks, paddleboards and mountain bikes during low tide. Other activities include beach boomerangs, kite flying, beach yoga, volleyball and football. 

Stand up paddle boarding -  Explore the bay at your own pace. Drift across gentle waters on one of our stand-up paddleboards.

Beach volleyball and football - Get the heart pumping with a friendly match on the sand. We stage weekly volleyball and football games, so you can unleash your competitive side.

Kayaking in the mangroves - Start from the beach and paddle to the nearby mangroves. This intensely peaceful activity is the ideal way to explore Samui's natural coastal treasures.

Biking - Borrow one of our bicycles and explore paradise on two wheels. Enjoy the breeze on your face as you cruise down the back streets - it's the best way to see the neighbourhood. 

Explore the stunning scenery that surrounds the remote Avani+ Resort retreat and discover endangered mangrove forests just minutes from the beach, hike the serene forests surrounding Na Muang Waterfall, or visit traditional shing village Hua Thanon.

Night market treasure hunt - Venture out of the jungle and into civilisation on Sunday nights. Lamai's Walking Street is packed with souvenirs and tasty street eats to be discovered.

Island hopping - Climb aboard a traditional longtail boat and set sail for a neighbouring island. Launch yourself into the surrounding waters for a spot of snorkelling and soak up the sun in paradise.

Jungle trekking-  With your expert guide, delve deep into the lush green paradise that surrounds us. Explore the jungle and climb to stunning viewpoints to see another side of Samui.

Temple exploration -  Get a glimpse of true Thai culture with a visit to peaceful Laem Sor Pagoda and check out the view at Wat Khao Chedi.
