Built in 2023, Villa Royal Life is a new addition to our collection and accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 spacious, ensuite bedrooms. With its modern concept and vibrant interior, this property is designed to provide its guests with their own unique paradise, complete with a large swimming pool, panoramic sea views and al-fresco dining and seating areas with an outdoor projector/cinema screen.

Location 
The Kalamar Bay location allows you to be within walking distance to Kalamar, Kulube and Lures beach clubs, and approximately a 25 minute walk to Kalkan's old town, as well as being an ideal location for some of the best sea views that Kalkan has to offer.
Lower ground floor
Two of Villa Royal Life's six bedrooms (one double with a King size bed and one twin with two single beds) are located on the lower ground level and have separate access to the main villa building. Both bedrooms feature a modern, spacious design, a flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which open onto an unfurnished terrace area. From here, guests will find a flight of external stairs which will take them up to the villa's pool terrace/ground floor level. 
Ground floor 
An open plan living area with high ceilings and a feature light shade creates a stylish and comfortable space for guests to relax indoors. The space includes a seating area with an armchair and corner sofa facing a flat screen TV, a dining table seating up to 8 guests and a well-equipped kitchen with an Island. The entire space benefits from views of the pool and sea beyond with large, glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the terrace. 
There is also one double bedroom located on this floor. This impressive bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which open directly out onto the pool terrace and provide a superb view.  
First floor
The first floor is home to the next two bedrooms; one double with a King size bed and one twin with two single beds. These two spacious bedrooms both feature a flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space and floor to ceiling glass doors which open out onto a private furnished balcony with sea and mountain views. Both bedrooms offer ensuite shower rooms and the double bedroom also includes a Jacuzzi bath with a view in the main bedroom space.
Second floor
The remaining double bedroom is located on the second floor of the villa. This bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV, ample wardrobe space, an ensuite shower room and floor to ceiling glass doors which open directly out onto a private sea view balcony. 
Outside
The large outdoor space benefits from a private infinity pool, including a raised shallow section where six feature sun loungers have been perfectly positioned to look out to sea and Snake and Mouse Islands. A further two sun loungers, two swing seats and ample parasols line the pool. To one side of the pool sits a shaded daybed style sofa area furnished with colourful cushions from which guests can curl up with a book or just simply relax. To the other side, guests can find a cushioned sofa and armchair set and an al-fresco dining table seating up to 10 guests with an equipped BBQ. For chilled nights in, the dining area also offers a large outdoor screen which Netflix and films can be projected on.  
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that over the coming winter period there is a new property being constructed in front of Villa Royal Life which will block the sea views from the two lower ground bedrooms. The roof of this new property is planned to stop at the height of Villa Royal Life's pool terrace, however at a maximum this could be around 50cm higher than the pool terrace.
