Created with great style Sea-Esta Su Apartment is an impressive three en-suite bedroom apartment. The property offers accommodation over two floors with two private sun terraces, a private pool and separate secluded garden. It is situated in a small development of 5 apartments close to restaurants, the beach and shopping which are approximately a 7 minute walk away.
First floor
The spacious open plan living area has contemporary style
décor and furnishings and is further enhanced with original art
pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped with integral oven, hob and
dishwasher. There is also a large fridge freezer and kettle. Full
length sliding doors open on to the large private pool terrace
where you will find ample sun loungers and a shaded dining area to
enjoy the beautiful Turkish weather. There is also a W/C on this
floor.
Lower ground floor
A staircase will take you to the lower ground floor where
there are three en-suite bedrooms and a furnished terrace garden
accessed by the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a bright master bedroom
has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table under a
large mirror. Bedroom two is the second bedroom is also bright and
spacious with twin beds. Both bathrooms are beautifully finished
with walk-in showers. Bedroom three is the third bedroom is a
double bedroom with wardrobe. The garden is furnished with a
covered daybed and is so peaceful it will put you in a relaxing
mood right after you've stepped in. The soft ambient LED lighting
throughout the apartment will further help you relax during your
stay. The pool is serviced daily and fresh bread can be delivered
by the pool man on request.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Apartment Sea-Esta Su can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Apartment is absolute top spec. All the amenities you would have at home if not more. Each room has it own bathroom/shower including an extra toilet upstairs. Pool and area was superb and plenty of room for dining and bbqs. Cannot fault the accommodation. Top class and great value. Had the best holiday

Everything was perfect
Kalkan is stunning, little hidden gem of the Mediterranean. Lovely kind people, felt very safe there. Loved the house apart from the first day or two electric outage. Clean property , lovely pool. However, in the booking photos it look as if the upstairs is art of yours as well but others stay at the apartment to so deceiving. Also, the plot next door is a mess with a unfinished property and rubbish outside! bit shame as the collection is sold as luxury
