Villa Lion offers spacious, contemporary accommodation for up to 8 guests with sleek, stylish interiors. Situated in an elevated position with magnificent views overlooking Kalkan's bay, this 4 bedroom detached villa features a private infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish hammam.
Outdoor space
Villa Lion's outdoor space is sure to impress with a private
infinity pool and attached Jacuzzi overlooking the Turquoise sea.
The swimming pool is lined with ample sun loungers and parasols,
and guests can relax on a variety of comfortable outdoor furniture
which has been perfectly positioned to allow you to take in the
surrounding views of the Mediterranean and mountains. To the side
of the terrace there is an al-fresco dining area and BBQ enabling
guests to self-cater and enjoy meals together.
Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor boasts a Turkish hammam and sauna for
guests' use. There is also a small outdoor terrace furnished with
sun loungers which provides another space for guests to relax and
admire the view.
Ground floor
The first floor is home to an open-plan living, kitchen and
dining space which is spacious and light with cool marble floors.
This area comprises a well-equipped modern kitchen with an island,
indoor dining area and lounge space with a large corner sofa, arm
chair, coffee table and TV. The entire space features
floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors which open out onto the
pool terrace and help to maximise the sea and mountain views
from every angle, seamlessly blending the
interior with the exterior.
There is also a downstairs laundry room and separate
cloakroom.
First floor
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the second floor. Both
bedrooms offer King size beds, a vanity area,
spacious balconies with a magnificent sea view and a
large en-suite featuring a Jacuzzi bath, double basins and separate
walk-in rain-forest shower.
Second floor
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the third floor. Both
bedrooms offer King size beds, a vanity area, generous balconies
with an incredible sea view and a large en-suite featuring
double basins and separate walk-in rain-forest
shower.

"I visited Villa Lion in October 2023. It is a very spacious and modern property with an impressive pool terrace with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. Each room has been well thought out to ensure lovely sea views from the elevated position of the villa. The villa is well equipped and features a good size sauna and Turkish Hammam on the lower ground floor. My personal favourite touch is that each bed features a built in TV at the foot! " |

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Lion can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Lion and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Lion as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
