Villa Nova, situated in the Kızıltaş region of Kalkan, offers an ideal location in Kalkan, just a short stroll away from the heart of the old town. This delightful villa not only features a private pool but also provides a range of additional indulgent amenities, including a Turkish bath, sauna, billiards, and table tennis table, ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay.
Ground floor
The open plan indoor space comprises a fully equipped kitchen with
an Island and some bar stool seating, a separate dining table
seating up to 8 guests and a comfortable lounge space furnished
with multiple sofas/arm chairs which are set around a coffee table
and face a Flat Screen TV. Large, glass sliding doors
allow guests to easily access the pool terrace and provide sea and
mountain views.
The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor of the
villa. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite, ample wardrobe
space and large, glass sliding doors which provide direct
access onto the pool terrace where there are various seating
options.
The games room is also located on the ground floor of the villa
and includes a convertible billiards/table tennis table for
competitive guests and a sauna and Turkish Hammam for those looking
to relax and rejuvenate.
First floor
Two bedrooms can be found on the first floor, one twin and one
double. These are both contemporary bedrooms, each with an ensuite,
ample wardrobe space and large, glass sliding doors which lead out
onto a shared balcony with sea and mountain views.
Second floor
The second floor is home to the master double bedroom. This is a
spacious bedroom with an ensuite, vanity area, indoor Jacuzzi bath,
small seating area, and outdoors, a large roof terrace with views
across Kalkan's bay and out to sea. The roof terrace is well
furnished with two sun loungers, a small seating area and a bar
with bar stools.
Outdoor space
The pool terrace presents a private swimming pool with
partial sea and mountain views. There are six sunbeds surrounding
the pool with two parasols for shade. There is an al-fresco dining
area with a table that can seat up to 8 guests accompanied by a BBQ
and further comfortable seating options are dotted around the
pool.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Nova can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Nova and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Nova as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
