Villa Royal Falcon is a 6 bedroom villa set in an idyllic location overlooking Kalkan bay. Offering guests contemporary accommodation with incredible views, a large private infinity pool and an alfresco dining area with a kitchenette and stone BBQ.

Ground floor
Upon entering the property, guests are met with a light and spacious open plan living area, complete with a large corner sofa, colourful armchairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV. The comfortable seating has been perfectly positioned to make the most of the sea and mountain views with access to the pool terrace through large glass sliding doors.
To the other side of the space guests will find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen along with a dining table that will seat up to 8 guests. Here, further large glass sliding doors provide access to the outdoor dining area on the pool terrace and look out to sea.
The first of six bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This is the only twin bedroom, with two single beds, a vanity area, armchair, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. 
First floor
The next two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. These bedrooms each feature a double bed, vanity area, armchair, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony benefitting from sea views and furnished with a small table and chairs. 
Second floor 
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor. These bedrooms each feature a double bed, vanity area, armchair, en-suite bathroom and access to a shared balcony benefitting from sea views and furnished with three small table and chair sets.
Outdoor area
The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the exceptionally large private infinity pool which is lined with ample sun loungers and parasols for 12 guests to enjoy. To one side of the terrace sits a large pergola which provides shade over a comfortable seating area and the al-fresco dining area.  This area enables guests to dine and enjoy meals altogether with a large table seating up to 12, a stone BBQ and bar with kitchenette including a small fridge and sink.
