Completed by a developer and designer that we rate as one of the most innovative, creative and skilled in the area, a number of carefully considered, planned and executed spaces both inside and outside the property come together to create something very special. In a prime location in the sought-after Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, Turkey, this 2 bedroom property provides panoramic, uninterrupted views of the Turquoise Coast and Snake and Mouse Island as well as benefiting from convenient access to a number of Kalkan's most popular beach clubs, just a few minutes walk away. Villa Kumsal Evi has been arranged over 3 different levels, providing guests a choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing views. Each space has been carefully considered and planned to provide supreme comfort, experience enhancing amenities and stylish interior design. 

Outside space
On the pool terrace, an infinity pool and an intimate cave-style plunge pool  nestled within a shaded corner,  both perfectly positioned to frame the impressive sea views. Sink into the comfortable sun loungers, shaded by expansive parasols, or the shaded swing seat and enjoy moments of relaxation. A cosy bar area awaits on the next level with bar stools, a convenient mini fridge, BBQ and a comfortable seating area ideal for leisurely drinks. At the front of this terrace area, take your seat at the covered alfresco dining table, where every meal is elevated by the stunning backdrop of the sea. To the back of the property, a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience.

First Floor 
Through the main villa entrance, you are welcomed with high walls of custom artwork, feature lighting and comfortable, well chosen high quality furnishings. To the left, a contemporary living space equipped with a wall mounted Smart TV and a high quality sound system. There are sea views from the floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the al-fresco dining area on the wrap around terrace. To the back of the living area, the kitchen is fully equipped to self cater, and a space in which the quality and attention to detail throughout the property is particularly evident. Porcelain worktops and high quality cabinetry, appliances and finishes make this a very functional and beautiful space.

There is  a well-appointed W/C designed with Tom Dixon fixtures on this level. On the ground floor, you will also find the first en-suite bedroom with twin beds, that can be converted to a double on request. The décor continues through with orange accents and quality furnishings. In this bedroom, a large dressing table with a light up mirror and storage, generous wardrobe and spacious bathroom with Tom Dixon designer fixtures. There are large sliding glass doors leading directly to the terrace and incredible views beyond.

Second Floor 
Make your way upstairs to the first floor and sliding doors open to the master suite, offering space and privacy as the sole room on this floor.
