Villa Turquoise Violet is a spectacular waterfront property located in the beautiful town of Sumartin, ingeniously designed directly on the water’s edge, with a self contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym. There is a mooring just outside for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour.
Newly constructed on three levels, this luxury Croatian villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. The villa is elegant and spacious and has been carefully constructed and finished with the highest quality and expertise. A talented interior designer has paid every attention to detail to provide the highest level of comfort and class. Throughout this house you will see striking crystal chandeliers, fine stone sinks, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furnishings. Built as a luxury family home, it has large, incredibly light and airy rooms that open onto extensive terraces that are partly shaded, comfortably furnished and well equipped for outdoor living.
Villa Turquoise Violet has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands nearby such as Makarska or Hvar, sail the Croatian seas and experience a full range of water sports.
The two master bedrooms have chic and modern en-suite bathrooms and can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from full height glass windows that optimise the breath-taking sea and mountain views. Black-out curtains open to let warm Mediterranean sunlight flood the room. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area allowing guests to enjoy breakfast or to relax in their own private domain. Opposite the bed, the TV is linked to the central satellite.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area which benefits from folding glass doors that allow air and light into the room and creates a beautiful alfresco living area. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can also be found on this level.
Two further en-suite bedrooms are on the lower floor and have patio doors that lead out onto the main terrace, with idyllic panoramic sea views and full advantage of the 24m2 private freshwater pool. A self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.
