This villa has the largest amount of land private to a villa on the Notos complex, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa is located adjacent to the multipurpose sports area. Benefitting from a sauna and a Jacuzzi, this villa is accommodating for all, and provides sea and forest views.

Lower Level:

The lower level has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds with en suite bathrooms, and one of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed. The lower floor has access to the outside.

Entrance Level:

The entrance floor hosts one bedroom, a W/C and a spacious area with a dining table, kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom as well as private access out onto the pool terrace. The kitchen area is supplied with sufficient appliances for self catering. The dining table provides seats for 8 guests with an additional 4 seats located by the kitchen island counter. The living area provides a sofa with a coffee table whilst facing a tv. There are multiple glass doors that provide plenty of open space to the outside of the villa.

Upper Level:

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and access to an outdoor jacuzzi as well as access to an indoor sauna. 

Outside:

Outside of the villa is a private garden and a pool. There are sunbeds in the garden by the pool as well as two seating areas outside, one sofa around a table and a set of 4 chairs around a table on the other side of the villa. Views of the mountainside and sea can be enjoyed from the comfort of the outside seating areas.
