Set in a secluded forested location on the island of Brač, The Nature’s Edge is a distinctive private house offering a high degree of privacy, open sea views and direct access to nature, with no neighbouring properties in the immediate vicinity and nothing between the house and the coastline; the sea can be reached on foot via a scenic woodland path in around 10 minutes. The house sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and is well suited to families or groups seeking space and tranquillity, with a private swimming pool and sun terraces overlooking the Adriatic, creating a peaceful base for a relaxed stay surrounded by pine forest and coastal landscape.

The Villa
The Nature's Edge is arranged over two levels, with the upper floor accessed via external stairs, allowing the house to function either as one large private residence or as two largely self-contained living spaces, making it particularly well suited to two families or groups travelling together who may appreciate having their own areas

The ground floor features an open-plan living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for everyday self-catering, with doors opening out onto the upper terrace and an alfresco dining area overlooking the surrounding forest and sea. On this level there are two king-size double bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 which makes use of a separate family bathroom. Additional facilities on the ground floor include a small gym area and a dedicated laundry room.

The upper floor offers a second spacious lounge, where large windows frame the sea views and bring natural light into the heart of the living space. There is also a second kitchen and dining area, reinforcing the flexibility of the layout. This level includes two further king-size double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (Bedrooms 3 and 4), along with a fifth king-size bedroom which has access to a separate family bathroom.

Thanks to this configuration, each floor can operate independently with its own living, dining and kitchen facilities, providing a practical and flexible arrangement for extended families or groups who want both shared spaces and a degree of separation during their stay.

Outside Space
The outdoor areas at The Nature's Edge are arranged over landscaped, tiered terraces that make the most of the natural setting and sea views. The upper terrace, located directly outside the main living room, is set up for outdoor living and dining, with a large alfresco dining table seating up to 12 guests, a comfortable seating area with sofa set, and a day bed for relaxing in the shade. Steps lead down to the lower pool terrace, where the private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a further day bed, along with a pergola providing a shaded seating area. Pool heating is available during the cooler months for an additional charge.

From the house, a path winds down through the pine forest to the sea, where guests can access the water over the rocks or launch the house's kayak to explore the coastline. Additional outdoor features include a table tennis table set beneath the shade of a tree, adding a recreational element to the natural surroundings.

Local Area - Pučišća
The Nature's Edge is located in a secluded forested area on the northern coast of the island of Brač, offering a rural setting with sea access and very few properties in the immediate surroundings. The surrounding landscape is ideal for walking and hiking, with numerous trails running through pine forest and along the coastline, making it well suited to guests who enjoy exploring on foot.

Despite its peaceful location, the house is within easy driving distance of local amenities. The small coastal town of Pučišća is approximately a 10-minute drive away and offers a selection of restaurants, traditional taverns, cafés and small shops, all centred around its picturesque marina. A little further along the coast, the town of Postira is around 20 minutes by car and provides a wider choice of dining options, beaches, supermarkets and a lively harbour area.

This location combines privacy and natural surroundings with convenient access to traditional Dalmatian towns and everyday services.

Region - Brac Island

Getting to the villa
While Brač Island has its own airport, it receives only a veryy limited number of international flights, so most visitors fly into Split Airport on the mainland. From Split Airport, the drive to Split Ferry Port takes around 30 minutes, where multiple daily sailings are available, including fast foot ferries and car ferries. Ferries from Split connect to Supetar (car ferry), Milna (foot ferry), or Bol (foot ferry) on Brač. Alternatively, Makarska on the mainland is approximately 80 minutes' drive from Split Airport and offers regular car ferry services to Sumartin on the island.

From the ferry ports, The Nature's Edge is approximately 30 minutes' drive from Supetar, 40 minutes from Sumartin, 60 minutes from Milna, and 40 minutes from Bol, following local roads through forested and rural areas. Private transfers can be arranged to simplify travel, and a car is recommended to make the most of the villa's location and surroundings.
