Villa Laura | TC12008 | A 4 bedroom villa with a beachfront location on Brac Island just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea.

Villa Laura is located in Ruzmarin Bay, approximately 3km from Sumartin town, just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea via it's own private sea access. A total of 8 guests can be accommodated in the villas 4 en-suite bedrooms and the outdoor areas offer a vast amount of space for relaxing.

Ground floor
The open plan living area comprises of a well-equipped kitchen which features a breakfast bar, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, ample storage, a coffee machine and plenty of additional items for self-catering.The open plan living area also consists of the lounge which features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Netflix, a coffee table and other homely furnishings including indoor plants. Large glass sliding doors lead guests help the room to fill with light and leads guests from the living area out to the swimming pool terrace.Guests will find the dining area located between the kitchen and lounge and the dining table offers seating for up to 6 guests.There is also a separate W/C on this level and a staircase leads guests up to the first floor level.

First floor
Bedrooms 1 & 2 - Guests will find two of the villas four bedrooms located on this level. The two bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and are tastefully decorated with warm coloured furnishings. The bedrooms also have sea view balconies.

Second floor
Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Guests will find the additional two bedrooms located on this level. The two bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms and are tastefully decorated with warm coloured furnishings.

Outdoor space
The outdoor area of Villa Laura has many areas for guests to relax within the lush green surroundings; there are sunloungers which overlook the Adriatic Sea, an al-fresco dining area with shade that seats up to 8 guests, a comfortable outdoor lounge sofa, a swinging egg chair and large stone steps which lead guests down to their private stone sea platform which has stairs leading directly into the sea.

Health and fitness aficionados with love this villa as there are yoga mats, SUP paddle boards, bicycles, double kayaks and diving equipment available for guests use only.

Local Area - Sumartin
Villa Laura is located in a quiet area on Ruzmarin a 5 minute drive from the small town of Sumartin, due to location we recommend a hire car.  Situated on the eastern edge of Brac, Sumartin exudes coastal allure with its charming harbour adorned by fishing boats and sailboats. Take leisurely walks along the waterfront promenade and treat yourself to delightful seafood dining experiences. There are plenty of coves and beaches to explore, great for snorkelling, and water sports and bike hire are popular activities. The larger town of Bol, where the famous Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach is situated, is around a 30 minute drive away.

Getting to the villa
Villa Laura is located on Brač Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brač Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brač Island. Villa Laura is a 40 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Milna, Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brač Island during your stay.
