Located in the charming village of Selca, Villa Stara is perfectly situated for exploring the island of Brac where guests can visit local beaches, restaurants, cafés and bars. Guests of this villa can also enjoy exploring the islands stunning coastline with the villa's three bicycles, two single kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard.

Outdoor space
Villa Stara's outdoor space features a L10m x W3m infinity pool that sits along the waterfront and is lined by sun loungers and comfortable seating options to accommodate up to 8 guests. Direct sea access via a small wooden jetty enables guests to choose between a dip in the pool or the Adriatic Sea, and the villa also features an outdoor summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue, making it an excellent spot for dining al-fresco with friends and family.

Local Area - Sumartin
Situated on the eastern edge of Brac, Sumartin exudes coastal allure with its charming harbour adorned by fishing boats and sailboats. Take leisurely walks along the waterfront promenade and treat yourself to delightful seafood dining experiences. There are plenty of coves and beaches to explore, great for snorkelling, and water sports and bike hire are popular activities. The larger town of Bol, where the famous Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach is situated, is around a 30 minute drive away.

Getting to the villa
Villa Stara is located on Brač Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brač Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brač Island.  Villa Stara is a 40 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Milna, Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brač Island during your stay.
