Villa Turquoise Dubrava, a hidden gem located between Postira and Pučišća on Brac Island, offers secluded accommodation where guests can relax and recharge their batteries. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove and the view of untouched nature found on the island of Brač which is extraordinary.
Villa overview
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and tastefully
furnished with cosy and inviting colours. The open plan ground
floor is equipped with a TV and one air conditioning unit. Two
tables in the dining room allow for up to 10 guests to enjoy
breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a bathroom on this
level.
On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The
advantage of these bedrooms is the fact that the beds can be
configured as either a double or twin, whichever will suit you
better. One bedroom can accommodate two guests and the other can
accommodate up to three with a separate single bed included. If
required, an extra guest can make use of the pull-out sofa bed in
the living room.
Outdoor space
This charming villa features an outdoor area with a gorgeous
traditional stone table shaded by trees to provide some relief on
warmer days. A private pool, outdoor shower and modern sun loungers
sit at the centre of the space and a stone barbeque ensures guests
can dine al-fresco.

between the villages on Postira and Pučišća and we
recommend a hire car when staying at Villa
Turquoise Dubrava. Nestled on Brac Island's
captivating shores, Postira and Pučišća offer travelers a glimpse

charms with its serene harbor and stone houses, inviting leisurely

Getting to the
villa
Villa Turquoise Dubrava located on Brac Island, the nearest
airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people
visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at
the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute
drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout
the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island.
Villa Turquoise Dubrava is a 35 minute drive from
Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt
Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a
foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol, Milna
or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac
Island during your stay.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 300€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Turquoise Dubrava can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Split airport or in Supetar/Bol/Milna/Sumartin on Brac Island.

The villa is beautiful and very quietly located on a mountain in the middle of olive groves. You can let your mind wander around here. The villa is great and has everything you need. The nearest place to Pučisča is only 8 minutes by car, a really nice place! Another dear thank you to our host Melanie for the warm hospitality. This property is now one of our favorite places... we will be back! There was nothing we did not like.
The stay at villa Dubrava has been perfect . The team here of Mrs Melani and Katerina have been wonderful. Nothing too much trouble and very kind.
We stayed at Villa Dubrava on Brac, near the lovely town of Pusisca. The villa was gorgeous - clean, well-equipped, private and with a clean, cooling pool. The Orvas team we dealt with (Mirela and Melanie) were both helpful and responsive. Pusisca is a lovely town within a small bay and easily accessible by car from the villa. Brac Island as a whole is lovely too.
Villa Dubrava was a tranquil home-from-home in a beautiful, secluded spot on Brac. Clean, well-equipped with a pristine pool. Only a few minutes by car from the delightful town of Pucisca on the coast. A perfect base for exploring Brac …. Or just chilling!
We were given one of the best rests in this accommodation. What really stands out is the special, secluded location in wonderful surroundings. And yet central to easily reach everything you need. The property itself is very large and spacious and perfect for an idyllic break from everyday life. Spread over two levels, there is a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Both levels are connected via an external staircase. If you have any questions, they will be answered quickly and friendly by at least two contacts. The terrace is right in front of the house along with the really beautiful pool area. Depending on your needs, there is enough choice for a sunny or shady spot. The charcoal fireplace grill invites you to have a BBQ in the evening - at least that was the case during our stay. All in all: A big thank you to the landlords, Melanie and the building technician (unfortunately we forgot his name)!! We had a really relaxing break that will definitely be repeated. About the object: The property itself is very large and expansive and perfect for idyllic respite from everyday life. Spread over two levels, there is a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Both levels are connected by an external staircase. If you have any requests, they will be answered quickly and in a friendly manner by at least two contact persons - Melani and the facility manager Mirela. The terrace is right in front of the house along with the really nice pool area. Depending on your needs, there is enough selection for a sunny or shady place. The charcoal fireplace grill invites you to an evening BBQ. To the location and shopping: In the nearest village Pucisca there are plenty of opportunities to do a quick shopping (groceries) - small village shops, as they can be found in almost every village on the island. However, the prices in these shops are extremely high. The big shopping, we recommend, you should do in Supetar (about 30min drive). Here we recommend Konzum or Lidl. The Lidl cannot be compared with the German side Lidl, precisely because of the wide variety of local fruit, vegetables and meat products - nothing less than delicious!! All in all: A very big thank you to the landlord, Melanie and the handyman (unfortunately we forgot his name)!! We had a really relaxing break, which will definitely be repeated.
We've spent beautiful 2 weeks in this house, everything was perfect, very calm, beautiful scenery and good service by Melani, hvala za sve!
Rooms: Beds very comfortable. Air conditioning worked smoothly in every room. The whole house is as shown in the description and in the pictures. Nearby activities: Everything is possible Noteworthy details: Great on-site support. Melani is very friendly and helpful!!! We had a tiny problem - the power was interrupted for a short time due to maintenance work - Melani was back with us with the information after a maximum of 5 minutes. She took perfect care of us!!
We particularly liked the warm and attentive on-site support from Melanie. She was available to us at any time, gave us great tips, organized bike rentals, and gave us "insider tips" for particularly good places to eat. Our expectations regarding the absolute silence (at the beginning of May) on the Olive Hill with a fantastic view over the wide landscape were more than fulfilled. Nevertheless, the most beautiful town on the island, Pucisca is not far away. The house is equipped with all the household appliances you would need for your holiday. Everything is available in the house and super clean. The caretaker takes care of the garbage and cleanliness around the house every other day early in the morning.
