Compulsory Additional Charges
A mandatory cleaning fee of 200 € (EUR) per stay applies

Changeover day
Flexible, subject to a minimum stay of 7 nights between the 13th July and 23rd August, and 5 nights at all other times.

Check-in
Check in is available between from 16:00 (pm) onwards

Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 300€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival

Swimming Pool Heating
swimming pool heating is available in advance, upon request at an additional charge, please speak with us for more information.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Heli can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price. 

Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Heli is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
