Fantastic location by the lovely beach and peaceful and quiet

A fabulous time, Angela gave us a very warm welcome and the home was perfect for 7-8. Pool area perfect for a dip and family time. Perfect location and wonderful that each room had an ensuite.

The location was stunning. The property was presented to the highest standard. The host couldn't have been more helpful and lovely.

All Exceptional, place, location, vibe. Would return next croatian trip! 

WiFi outside would be nice but minor thing.

Perfectly located house, air conditioning in every room, well-equipped kitchen! Outside there is a barbecue area with a beautiful view and a clean swimming pool. Nearby there is a shop and a bakery. All around there is peace and quiet!

Location was fab easy to get to/ from ferry

Very nice and well-maintained Villa with a great addition of a swimming pool. Excellent location in the town of Sumartin.

Our host was super helpful and friendly. The location was great. We stepped straight from the terrace into the sea and the pool. Village and supermarket a few steps from home. Delicious!

Exceptional Villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the villa, location and the easily available support during our stay. Much have been better than expected. Close to a small beach, possibility to just cross the street and jump in the ocean, close to a small supermarket, quite a few restaurants to choose from, parking nearby and fantastic outdoor/pool area.

Great location, the house itself is great, good space in the bedrooms, nice pool area

The whole area was spacious and clean, the equipment in the kitchen and everywhere was totally sufficient, we had a nice barbecue and also the pool area was very clean and invited for some relaxing hours. The location is great, free parking and the city is very small to explore by foot. Mrs. Angela was our host and super friendly and relaxed about everything. We had an amazing stay, a louder party was no problem because neighbours are not that close and us 10 people really enjoyed our time in the beautiful villa! :)

The location of the Villa is great - you have sea near you, a nice bakery and also a few restaurants. However, be aware that supermarket in the near works only till 21 (hosts also warn about that) and for nice meat for BBQ you would need to travel to the other nearest city (3km away). The super advantage of the villa was that every bedroom had its bathroom. Also the veranda area with the table was very cosy and inviting. Host Angela was very friendly and super nice.

Beautiful villa in Sumartin - Highly recommend this immaculately presented villa in the village of Sumartin. Very clean and lots of outside space to rest and relax, we especially enjoyed the bbq and covered terrace areas. We would definitely return.

Awsome house!! What a week! The house has been absolutely perfect, really suited us as was a larger party. With bathrooms in all bedrooms, cozy patio, pool, close to the sea, swimming and the nice little village located just below. The village in turn had some restaurants, one of which we were very pleased with, the restaurant on the pier! We had a great dinner last night, the wait staff was very nice & reminded us that we were happy. We also rented a car this week, which is recommended if you want to go to the Bol & the larger beaches as well as to visit larger supermarkets as there was not a huge selection in the store at the house. Angela has been an absolutely amazing hosekeeper who made sure we had a good time this time! Everything has been very smooth! We are more than happy after this week and are already planning on coming back next year.

Excellent location in lovely town of Sumartin. Would definitely visit again. Ms Angela was very helpful and lovely. House was great size and just across the road from the sea. Daily swim is a must.

Convenient location near restaurants and cafes. Great sea views. Very spacious rooms. Directly opposite sea where you can jump into the crystal clear warm water. Small beach only 200m always. Several other beaches within walking distance.

Very good location. Ideal for a larger company with a bathroom for each bedroom. Great views Villas host landlady was fantastic. The house suited us perfectly. Excellent place both indoors and outdoors for 9 people."

Clean space, four real bedrooms with bathrooms, great outdoor areas (sofas, dining, barbeque and pool of course). A few steps from the sea (snorkeling, swimming) and a few more from the town "center" which has a couple of busy restaurants, boat and jetski rentals. There are also public beaches around every corner. We were two families, nine people total and everyone loved the place.
