Ideally located in the heart of the picturesque peaceful fishing village of Sumartin on the Croatian island of Brac, the traditional stone built 4 bedroom Villa Turquoise Mir Vami is the perfect place to unwind. Villa Turquoise Mir Vami was completely renovated in 2009 in a traditional style, comfortably furnished and benefits from spacious gardens which include outdoor dining area and private swimming pool, with superb views across the cove, A perfect to sit back, relax and watch the fishing boats return to the harbour to offload their daily catch.
Indoor Space
Villa Turquoise Mir Vami is a 2 storey villa, with
three double bed rooms on the ground floor and a further double
bedroom on the first floor. All three double bedrooms on ground
floor have en suite bathrooms. Also located on the ground floor is
the well equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished lounge/dining area
and a separate WC. The upper floor is dedicated to the large master
bedroom with double bed and a further en suite.
Outdoor Space
Villa Turquoise Mir Vami enjoys a spacious outdoor
area, with a Pergola above an outdoor dining area leading down to a
private swimming pool with a sun terrace decked with sun
loungers.
Local Area - Sumartin
Situated on the eastern edge of Brac, Sumartin exudes coastal
allure with its charming harbour adorned by fishing boats and
sailboats. Take leisurely walks along the waterfront promenade and
treat yourself to delightful seafood dining experiences. There are
plenty of coves and beaches to explore, great for snorkelling, and
water sports and bike hire are popular activities. The larger town
of Bol, where the famous Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach is
situated, is around a 30 minute drive away.

Getting to the
villa
Villa Turquoise Mir Vami is located on Brač Island, the
nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people
visiting Brač Island would organise car rental for collection at
the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute
drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout
the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brač
Island. Villa Turquoise Mir Vami is a 40 minute drive
from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt
Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a
foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Milna, Bol
or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brač
Island during your stay.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day, subject to availability, a minimum stay of 7 nights between 1st June and 6th September and a minimum stay of 3 nights for all other dates.

Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.

Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Turquoise Mir Vami can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings

Great location, the house itself is great, good space in the bedrooms, nice pool area
The whole area was spacious and clean, the equipment in the kitchen and everywhere was totally sufficient, we had a nice barbecue and also the pool area was very clean and invited for some relaxing hours. The location is great, free parking and the city is very small to explore by foot. Mrs. Angela was our host and super friendly and relaxed about everything. We had an amazing stay, a louder party was no problem because neighbours are not that close and us 10 people really enjoyed our time in the beautiful villa! :)
The location of the Villa is great - you have sea near you, a nice bakery and also a few restaurants. However, be aware that supermarket in the near works only till 21 (hosts also warn about that) and for nice meat for BBQ you would need to travel to the other nearest city (3km away). The super advantage of the villa was that every bedroom had its bathroom. Also the veranda area with the table was very cosy and inviting. Host Angela was very friendly and super nice.
Beautiful villa in Sumartin - Highly recommend this immaculately presented villa in the village of Sumartin. Very clean and lots of outside space to rest and relax, we especially enjoyed the bbq and covered terrace areas. We would definitely return.
Awsome house!! What a week! The house has been absolutely perfect, really suited us as was a larger party. With bathrooms in all bedrooms, cozy patio, pool, close to the sea, swimming and the nice little village located just below. The village in turn had some restaurants, one of which we were very pleased with, the restaurant on the pier! We had a great dinner last night, the wait staff was very nice & reminded us that we were happy. We also rented a car this week, which is recommended if you want to go to the Bol & the larger beaches as well as to visit larger supermarkets as there was not a huge selection in the store at the house. Angela has been an absolutely amazing hosekeeper who made sure we had a good time this time! Everything has been very smooth! We are more than happy after this week and are already planning on coming back next year.
Excellent location in lovely town of Sumartin. Would definitely visit again. Ms Angela was very helpful and lovely. House was great size and just across the road from the sea. Daily swim is a must.
Convenient location near restaurants and cafes. Great sea views. Very spacious rooms. Directly opposite sea where you can jump into the crystal clear warm water. Small beach only 200m always. Several other beaches within walking distance.

Clean space, four real bedrooms with bathrooms, great outdoor areas (sofas, dining, barbeque and pool of course). A few steps from the sea (snorkeling, swimming) and a few more from the town "center" which has a couple of busy restaurants, boat and jetski rentals. There are also public beaches around every corner. We were two families, nine people total and everyone loved the place.
