Changeover day
Flexible changeover day, subject to availability, a minimum stay of 7 nights between 1st June and 19th September and a minimum stay of 3 nights for all other dates.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 300€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Turquoise Rasotica can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Turquoise Rasotica is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.

Private Transfers
Speak to us about a private transfer from Split airport to Split ferry port and once on Brac Island, from Supetar, Bol, Milna or Sumartin to Villa Turquoise Rasotica.
Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Split airport or in Supetar, Bol, Milna or Sumartin on Brac Island.
Private speedboat transfer
Private boat transfers from Split Airport to Brac Island is available, ask us for further information.
Ferry Services
Ferries can be pre-booked online for both cars and foot passengers via www.jadrolinija.hr/en.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Sumartin is a lovely place to stay and everyone is so welcoming.
We stayed at Villa Rasotica for 8 days and had a truly relaxing and beautiful time as a family. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with a large outdoor pool and a fantastic summer kitchen. But what made our stay truly special was Angela, the warm-hearted lady who welcomed us like family. She was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed-from tips about the area to making sure we were comfortable. Her presence gave our holiday a personal and heartfelt touch. We are deeply thankful and would love to return again!
Beautiful Villa with plenty of space, a lovely large pool (and incredibly useful outdoor kitchen) and amazing views of the bay. Spotlessly clean and the housekeeper was friendly and very helpful.
The pool is a great size. Beds really comfy. Very clean. Lots of pots and cutlery. Effective air conditioning. Brilliant location just 2 minutes from the main area. Quiet village but a nice choice of restaurants. Also has a shop, a cash point, a bakery and car/scooter/quad bike hire.
A beautiful well appointed villa in a gorgeous location. The pool is of a great size, with a lovely cool pagoda area for bbqs and eating. A/C throughout was a blessing as we were here in a heatwave! The beds are all comfy and large spacious bedrooms. The villa was potlessly clean. We will definitely return if we come back to Brac. Angela was lovely for check out and check in.
A wonderful neighborhood right next to restaurants, marina, and numerous beaches. A very easy going host who was very responsive and attentive. Thank you for making lifetime memories!
It was very clean and spacious and the pool was amazing. Angela the house keeper/property manager was incredible. She responded quickly if we had any questions and was super friendly. She also dealt with a small wasp nest situation herself and provided an extra sun lounger when we realized we were one short for our group. The outdoor cooking/dining area was also a huge bonus and we found ourselves dining outside most nights. The location in the heart of Sumartin provided really easy access to bars, restaurants and shops and we had a wonderful time away here.
