Villa Turquoise Violet is a waterfront villa set just across the bay from Sumartin, enjoying uninterrupted views over the Adriatic and a direct connection to the sea. Sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living space including a private swimming pool, along with a self-contained spa featuring a sauna, steam room and gym. A private mooring just outside makes it particularly appealing for those looking to explore the coastline by boat.
Indoor space
The two master bedrooms have chic and modern en-suite bathrooms and can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from full height glass windows that optimise the breath-taking sea and mountain views. Black-out curtains open to let warm Mediterranean sunlight flood the room. Both bedrooms have large private balconies with their own seating area, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast or to relax in their own private space. Opposite the bed, the TV is linked to the central satellite. The living room and kitchen open onto an outside terrace area, with folding glass doors that allow air and light into the room and create a beautiful al fresco living space. A glass wine cellar, media room and office can also be found on this level.
Two further en-suite bedrooms are on the lower floor and have patio doors that lead out onto the main terrace. A self-contained spa with a sauna, steam room and gym can also be found on this level.

Changeover day
Between 23rd May and 24th Octoberr bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday, all other dates are flexible subject to availability and a 3 night minium stay
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 2000€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Violet can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Violet is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.

Private Transfers
Speak to us about a private transfer from Split airport to Split ferry port and once on Brac Island, from Supetar to Villa Turquoise Violet.
Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Split airport or in Supetar on Brac Island.
Private speedboat transfer
Private boat transfers from Split Airport to Brac Island is available, ask us for further information.
Ferry Services
Ferries can be pre-booked online for both cars and foot passengers via www.jadrolinija.hr/en.
