Changeover day
Flexible changeover day, subject to availability, a minimum stay of 7 nights between 21st June and 19th September and a minimum stay of 3 nights for all other dates.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Vjeka can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Vjeka is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.

Private Transfers
Speak to us about a private transfer from Split airport to Split or Makarska ferry port and once on Brac Island, from Supetar to Villa Vjeka.
Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Split airport or on Brac Island.
Private speedboat transfer
Private boat transfers from Split Airport to Brac Island are available, ask us for further information.
Ferry Services
Ferries can be pre-booked online for both cars and foot passengers via www.jadrolinija.hr/en.

Everything! The house was incredible, loads of space for 3 couples and a teen totalling 7 people. The pool is the highlight of course but the view is beautiful and you forget you have neighbours because the house is made perfectly private. The BBQ area was great in the evening and air con in every bedroom was such a relief in the hot weather! The decor feels traditional and timeless and extremely homey. Finally, the hospitality from the moment the booking was made has been second to none. Orvas villas were really amazing to deal with, their response time was really quick and they were all so helpful. A very special thank you to the amazing Angela who greeted us and helped with anything we needed. We can't wait to see you again Angela, one of the best holidays we've had and definitely the best property. We are already planning our next visit! Hvala puno!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
It was very close to the beach, in a quiet place, it was clean, equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom.
The welcome from Angela was super-warm. The house is ideally located (5-10 minutes walk to the port of Sumartin) and when we weren't at the sea, the kids were frolicking in the pool while the adults were at the grill or enjoying a cool drink on the loungers. We really enjoyed our time at Villa Vjeka and in Sumartin!
Excellent service from the host. Everything was excellent. We all enjoyed it, especially the children.
The accommodation is great. There is just a room with two single bed but it s possible to stick them side by side. the pool is not heated but the sun is enough. We successfully park 4 cars inside.
Lovely large house with nice pool. The location was great. sumartin is a nice little town that is not for the tourist. Staff very hospitable and helpful.
Wonderful stay
We loved the house and the village.The service was great and the surroundings fantastic. Bring your running shoes for great trails.
The villa is in the Heart of Sumartin, within walking distance of the sea and local shops and restaurants. We stayed out of season but found the place to be beautiful and quiet. The sea was gorgeous. The villa featured 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring their own balcony with one in particular being very spacious and over looking the whole plot. The first floor also features a toilet/bathroom and can be externally locked. Whilst unfamiliar to our group, the stairs for the property were external which some might find odd-but was no issue at all. The ground floor featured a large en suit bedroom along with seperate toilet, Lounge area and Kitchen. Beyond the Kitchen was a BBQ area tucked under a first floor balcony which served us very well during the evenings. The swimming pool is to the rear and is surrounded by gate/small fencing. Overall it was perfect for our needs having space to move and sunbath with loungers provided. Tv and internet provided on site and worked fine. There was also a trampoline on site and further into the garden grounds were childrens swings and play items. The villa also featured off road parking for at least two cars which included gates. This was ideal as the roads leading to the villa were narrow and quite steep. All in all a really good stay for 5 mates having a short break abroad
We stayed at Villa Vjeka in June. Angela was really helpful and the villa and pool were spotless. Just a 5 minute walk into Sumartin, back up the hill to the villa is a little steep but manageable. 5 min walk to the nearest beach. When they put the internal staircase in next it will be perfect. Definitely would stay here again, so peaceful and beautiful Debbie
Perfect first visit to Croatia. The house was an excellent base for 5 days in Croatia. It was brilliantly clean and exactly as promised. Perfect!
