The Stone House Cavtat is an 18th-century heritage stone villa in the heart of Cavtat Old Town, Croatia, accommodating up to 8 guests. Built in the 18th century and set behind private garden walls, the villa offers four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is located approximately 200 metres from the nearest beach and promenade, with local cafés, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi/hot tub, and there is public free parking available nearby

The Villa 
The interior of The Stone House Cavtat is arranged over three floors. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for up to 8 guests, along with a guest toilet and laundry facilities. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The second floor features a further two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom that can also be arranged as a double. A small private sauna is also located within the villa.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi throughout. Modern appliances and furnishings are integrated into the original stone structure, maintaining the character of the property while offering contemporary comfort.
