The Stone House Cavtat is an 18th-century heritage stone villa in the heart of Cavtat Old Town, Croatia, accommodating up to 8 guests. Built in the 18th century and set behind private garden walls, the villa offers four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is located approximately 200 metres from the nearest beach and promenade, with local cafés, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor seating, barbecue facilities, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi/hot tub, and there is public free parking available nearby

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 200€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
The Stone House Cavtat can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
The Stone House Cavtat is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
