Changeover day
Between the 19th June and the 5th September bookings are strictly Saturday to Saturday, all other times the check in days are flexible.
Minimum stay & changover day
Between 1st July and 30th September bookings are strictly Saturday to Saturday, all other dates are subject to a minimum stay of 4 nights with a flexible check in day.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 1000€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Adriana Molunat can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Adriana Molunat is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
