Inside, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, a stylish dining area, a comfortable living room, and five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa also offers a private gym for guests. Upon entering the ground floor, you're welcomed by a bright and spacious living area with cosy sofas, a fireplace, and a TV. The living room opens seamlessly onto the courtyard through large sliding glass doors, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow. The ground floor also includes the kitchen, dining area, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
