The Villa 
Overlooking the Elaphite Islands, Villa Elaphite offers everything you need for complete relaxation and enjoyment along the breathtaking Adriatic coast. Situated on a 500 m² property in Orašac near Dubrovnik, just 1 km from the sea and beach, this elegant villa provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, a stylish dining area, a comfortable living room, and five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa also offers a private gym for guests. Upon entering the ground floor, you're welcomed by a bright and spacious living area with cozy sofas, a fireplace, and a TV. The living room opens seamlessly onto the courtyard through large sliding glass doors, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow. The ground floor also includes the kitchen, dining area, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Ascending the internal staircase to the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms with king-size beds, each with a private balcony furnished with comfortable seating. Two of the bathrooms feature showers, while the third includes both a bathtub and a shower. The gym is also located on this floor. The second floor features an additional living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV, along with two modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Both rooms open onto a balcony with sea views. Villa Elaphite is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TVs in every bedroom, and a safe. For families with young children, a cot and a high chair are also available.

The Spacious pool terrace features a private swimming pool of 24 m², surrounded by comfortable sun loungers-perfect for soaking up the sun.
