Villa Fani is a 5 bedroom villa built in the late 16th century. Due to its rich history and classical architecture, this villa is on the Croatian cultural heritage register. Renaissance furnishings and architecture provide the villa with character and charm. The secluded location, surrounded by gardens and planting provides privacy. This large countryside villa is located 5 km from the historical centre of Dubrovnik and 1 km from a large sandy beach.
Indoor space
The bedrooms bring a more modern feel whilst still maintaining the homely warmth that this villa offers. There are 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the villa, meaning that there is room for up to 10 guests. Each room is decorated to a high finish for maximum comfort and comes with an abundance of storage space and natural light to unwind. The bathrooms are all beautifully modern for the ultimate relaxing experience.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible subject to availability and existing bookings.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 1000€ (EUR)is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Fani can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Fani is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
