Villa Lilian is a luxurious property in an elite, private residential neighbourhood of Dubrovnik, within comfortable walking distance of the iconic Old Town. The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends, smaller business or incentive groups and private events. It sleeps up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms and offers a range of indoor and outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Indoor Space
Entering from the garage, an elevator takes you to the first terrace level where a self-contained apartment is located. This space includes a kitchenette, a living room with an additional bed and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom - a perfect option for a family with children. There's also a separate bedroom with its own en-suite and patio doors leading directly to the terrace.

The ground floor features a spacious, bright living room and an open-plan dining and kitchen area. On the first floor, there are two master double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub). A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where two further bedrooms (configured as doubles or twins) each have en-suite shower rooms. A separate suite with its own terrace and en-suite shower room is also provided, offering added privacy.

Outdoor Space
The villa's outdoor area includes a pool with deck chairs and sun umbrellas, a garden and a bocce court for entertainment. At the top level of the property there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ on one side and a sauna on the other.
