The main entrance to Villa Mandalay is located along the waterfront promenade in the beautiful bay of Zaton. From the courtyard, enter the main house, comprising 580 m2 of space spread over two floor levels. The ground floor features a light and open lounge area. To the left of the lounge is a professional kitchen, leading into a second living area with a bar, seating area, large fireplace and a stone dining table which seats 16 guests. The vaulted stone ceilings add character and charm to the property, whilst making the living area a unique place to entertain guests. The ground floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use.

To the right of the lounge area are two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the gardens whilst the other has access to a seating area where the entrance for boats once stood. The first floor of the villa comprises of 4 luxury suites, these are distributed over two floors. All four suites have a similar layout; lounge area, king size bed, TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and under floor heating. The bedroom is upstairs from the rest of the suite area.
