Introducing Villa Nadia, a five-bedroom villa accommodating up to 10 guests located in Orasac near Dubrovnik town, Croatia. Perched on the edge of the Adriatic Sea, this stunning villa offers just a 1km walk to the nearest pebble beach, allowing guests to indulge in the crystal-clear waters at their leisure. Villa Nadia also features a large private infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the horizon, providing captivating panoramic sea views.

Indoor space

Villa Nadia is a modern 5-bedroom villa arranged across three floors, designed for comfort and style. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it features four stylish king-size en-suite rooms and an en-suite twin room. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, creating a sociable space for gatherings with family and friends, along with the twin bedroom on this level. Both the living area and the twin bedroom open out onto the large furnished balcony terrace. The upper floor accommodates the four king-size bedrooms, all thoughtfully arranged with en-suite bathrooms and all enjoying sea views. On the lower ground floor, there is a sauna and an additional kitchen area, offering further space for relaxation and convenience, with access out onto the pool terrace.

Outdoor space

The outdoor space at Villa Nadia is a true sanctuary of comfort and tranquillity. The ground floor opens out onto a large balcony terrace stretching the full length of the villa, featuring a shaded al fresco dining area, an outdoor fireplace and a comfortable sofa seating area. On the lower ground floor, you will find the pool terrace with the infinity pool, sun loungers and a parasol. Both the pool terrace and the balcony terrace enjoy sea views. Surrounding the pool are comfortable sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. For those who prefer a bit of shade, the villa features a shaded al fresco dining area, ideal for enjoying meals while taking in the stunning coastal scenery. This outdoor oasis ensures a perfect blend of leisure and natural beauty, providing an unforgettable experience for all guests.

Local area

Just a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik's historic Old Town, Orašac offers a relaxed coastal setting with views across the Adriatic and towards the Elafiti Islands. Positioned near Zaton Bay, the area combines a quieter, residential feel with easy access to the coastline, while the nearest beach and a small selection of local restaurants can be reached in around a 20-minute walk from the villa. Orašac's 'Hawaii' Beach, with its small harbour and casual waterfront dining, is a popular spot for a day by the sea, and nearby villages such as Zaton offer additional restaurants and swimming spots. The surrounding countryside is also known for its agro-tourism, with rustic tavernas serving local dishes and wines, making Orašac a well-placed base for exploring the wider region..

Getting to the villa

The nearest airport to Dubrovnik is Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the city centre. Most people visiting Dubrovnik would organise car rental for collection at the airport, or alternatively a private transfer. The journey time to Villa Nadia from Dubrovnik Airport is approximately a 45 minute drive.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Nadia can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.

Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Nadia is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
