Set on the edge of Zaton Bay, Villa Orchid is a six-bedroom waterfront villa with uninterrupted sea views and direct sea access from its private beach plateau. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the villa pairs generous indoor spaces with a panoramic infinity pool and terraces positioned for long days by the water. With a sauna, indoor hot tubs and a flexible bedroom layout, it works equally well for extended family stays or groups, with Dubrovnik’s Old Town around a 15-minute drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible subject to availability and existing bookings, except between 1st July and 31st August during which booking will be strictly Saturday to Saturday.
Minimum
1st January to 31st May - 3 nights
1st to 30th June - 5 nights
1st July to 31st August - 7 nights (strict Saturday to Saturday only)
1st to 18th September - 5 night
19 September to 30th September - 4 nights
1st October to 29th December - 3 nights
Check-in
Check in is available between 17:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 3000€ (EUR) is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Orchid can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Orchid is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.

Speak to us about a private transfer from Dubrovnik airport for the approx. 35-40 minute drive to Villa Orchid.
Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Dubrovnik airport.
