Minimum Stay
Between 1st July and 31st August all booking are subject to a 5 night minimum stay. For all other dates the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 1500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Pearl can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Pearl is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
