Villa Toni is a contemporary five-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 10 guests, located in the peaceful coastal village of Štikovica overlooking Zaton Bay, just 500 metres from the sea. The Villa 
The villa's interior is thoughtfully designed across two levels, combining modern style with comfort. The spacious open-plan ground floor features a well equipped kitchen with dining area, bar and generous living space. One bedroom is located on this level, with the remaining four positioned on the upper floor-each with en-suite bathroom and balcony access. All bedrooms are appointed with king-sized beds (or equivalent), underfloor heating in bathrooms and stylish finishes. Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and ample parking (including garage spaces) are provided. 

Outdoor Space 
The outdoor area at Villa Toni is designed for Mediterranean living. A private infinity swimming pool flows into an integrated jacuzzi section, with sun loungers and shaded seating areas arranged for relaxation. The terrace includes a covered al-fresco dining area and summer kitchen with BBQ-perfect for dining with views of the bay. Just a short stroll from the villa are a couple of local cafés and basic restaurants (including a pizzeria and konoba), and a handful of further dining options are reachable within 15 minutes. Guests can reach the nearest pebble beach in under five minutes on foot..

Getting to the villa
The nearest airport to Dubrovnik is Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the city centre. Most people visiting Dubrovnik would organise car rental for collection at the airport, or alternatively a private transfer. The journey time to Villa Nadia from Dubrovnik Airport is approximately a 45 minute drive.
