Positioned on the enchanting Island of Ciovo, Villa Maura offers a contemporary and spacious retreat for up to 8 guests with a private pool, sauna and gym. Situated in close proximity to the ancient city of Trogir, the villa boasts captivating sea vistas from nearly every corner. With the waterfront and a small beach just a stone's throw away, guests can immerse themselves in Croatia's coastal allure with ease.

The Villa 
Inside, the bright and elegant living area has been tastefully furnished with designer pieces, and overlooks the sea whilst offering access to the pool terrace. The living room of the villa features an inviting L-shaped sofa arranged around a coffee table, complimented by a TV for entertainment. Positioned beside the large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, guests can relax in a sunken Jacuzzi bath while enjoying panoramic views of the sea and the pool.  The open plan dining space connects with both the modern, well equipped kitchen and the outdoor patio and barbecue area. 

The property features four double bedrooms, each uniquely designed and named after Islands visible from the terrace. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with sea views, and two of the bedrooms benefit from a private furnished terrace. Guests can also enjoy a sauna and small gym. 

Outdoor Space 
Villa Maura's outdoor space boasts a private infinity pool with a waterfall feature, an upper and lower terrace, children's play area, garden and shaded pergola. The terrace areas both around the pool and on the first floor feature comfortable sun loungers and look out to sea, whilst an outdoor grill and al-fresco dining area accommodating up to 10 guests completes the outdoor amenities offering the perfect spot for all day sea breeze dining. The property has a private entrance and parking area for up to 5 vehicles. 

Local Area - Tatinja Bay, Okrug Gornji
Okrug Gornji Bay, nestled on the western part of Ciovo Island, offers an ideal retreat for those enchanted by the allure of Trogir's old town. With frequent water taxis facilitating easy access, visitors can seamlessly immerse themselves in the historic charm of Trogir. The bay features a popular beach lined with eateries and cafes, offering a picturesque setting to enjoy local cuisine, whilst water sports enthusiasts will find ample opportunities for adventure. A mere 5-minute drive or a leisurely 25-minute stroll from the centre lies Tatinja Bay, a secluded haven offering tourists a tranquil retreat and abundant opportunities for swimming and snorkelling.

Getting to the villa
Villa Maura located on Ciovo Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Ciovo Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 20 minute drive to Okrug Gornji on Ciovo Island which can be reached via a bridge connecting the mainland to the Island. Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Spilt Airport to Ciovo Island.
