The Villa

Villa Solis is arranged over three floors and accommodates up to 12 guests across six king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and LCD TV. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and island, dining area and living room with a corner sofa and LCD TV, alongside the first bedroom and a guest WC. On the first floor are three en-suite bedrooms, with two bathrooms featuring showers and the third including both a shower and bathtub. The second floor offers a second living room, two further en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with a grill and dining table provides additional outdoor dining space with views towards the sea. The villa is completed by a rooftop terrace with panoramic sea views.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor space features a 24 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and an al fresco dining area, providing plenty of space to relax and dine outdoors.

Local Area - Slatine

Slatine is a tranquil village on the northeastern side of Ciovo Island in Croatia. Known for its beautiful beaches like Kava Beach, clear waters and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, it is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and boat trips. Visitors can explore cultural sites such as the Gospe od Prizidnice Sanctuary and the Church of the Assumption, enjoy hiking and biking trails, and sample local cuisine in its restaurants and taverns.

Getting to the villa

Villa Solis is located on Ciovo Island. The nearest airport is Split Airport on the mainland and most visitors choose to arrange car hire from the airport. Upon collecting your vehicle, it is approximately a 20-minute drive to Slatine via the bridge connecting the mainland to Ciovo Island. Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Split Airport.
