Mininum stay and changeover day
Between 5th July and the 22nd August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a check in on Saturdays only, for all other dates there is a minimum stay of 3 nights with the check in day flexible, subject to availability and existing bookings.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 2,500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Hvar 12070 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Hvar 12070 is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.

Private Transfers
Speak to us about a private transfer from Split airport to Split ferry port and once on Hvar Island, to Villa Hvar 12070.
Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental in Croatia, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Split airport or on Hvar Island.
Ferry Services
Ferries can be pre-booked online for both cars and foot passengers via www.jadrolinija.hr/en.
