Villa Ana is a four-bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 guests, located in Sućuraj on the Island of Hvar, directly by the Adriatic Sea. The property sits close to the water’s edge and offers sea views from multiple terraces and outdoor areas.

The Villa 
The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a private bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a secluded garden area. The upper floor contains three further bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and sea views, and a shared bathroom. The interior includes a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area and storage space. Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and private parking for up to four cars are included. 

Outdoor Space 
Outside, Villa Ana has a heated swimming pool with a terrace next to it, a jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is an outdoor shower, a grassy lounge area and a summer kitchen / barbecue area for meals outside. Some areas have direct sea views and access.

Local Area - Hvar Town
Villa Ana is located in Sućuraj, a small coastal town on the eastern tip of the Island of Hvar. Sućuraj has a handful of local restaurants and bars, a marina, and a couple of small grocery stores for day-to-day essentials. Several beaches are located within walking distance of the villa, making it easy to access the sea without travelling far.

Hvar Island offers a varied coastline and inland scenery and can be explored by car or boat. Other towns and beaches on the island, including Jelsa and Hvar Town, are reachable via the island's road network. Ferry services connect the island with the mainland, including routes to and from Split.

Getting to the villa
Villa Ana located on Hvar Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland. To travel from Split Airport to Hvar Island with a car, you'll need to first drive from Split Airport to the town of Drvenik or Split to the town of Makarska, both of which have ferry ports connecting to Hvar. From Split, follow the signs for the A1 highway towards Drvenik or Makarska. Once you reach Drvenik or Makarska, you can board a ferry, with regular services to Stari Grad or Hvar Town on Hvar Island. Those not wishing to hire a car or wish to collect a car upon arrival on Hvar Island may wish to get a private transfer or bus from Split Airport to Split Ferry port where they board a ferry from Split to Stari Grad as foot passengers.
