Offering an enviable location just steps from a peaceful pebbled beach and only a 10-minute drive from Korčula Town, Villa Stella provides stylish accommodation for up to six guests across three bedrooms. Villa Stella commands sea and mountain views from many parts of the property and some of its highlights include a private rooftop infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is dedicated to leisure and wellbeing, offering a private gym, sauna, shower room, and table tennis area for relaxed enjoyment throughout the day. This level also includes a utility room, along with storage for the complimentary SUP boards and bicycles available for guests to explore the surrounding area.

First Floor
The villa's three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and showcase the sea views. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with the master benefiting from an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is shared between the remaining double and twin rooms. All bedrooms feature large glass doors opening onto a decked terrace, where guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi, relax on sun loungers, or enjoy the outdoor lounge seating while taking in the coastal scenery.

Second Floor
The main living area occupies the second floor and is arranged as an open-plan space ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge and ice maker and flows seamlessly into an indoor dining area for six guests. The comfortable lounge is furnished with a sofa, an armchair with footrest, and a SMART TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sea views, while glass doors lead onto a decked terrace with an al fresco dining area for six beneath a retractable shade.

Roof Terrace
The rooftop terrace is a standout feature of Villa Stella, offering panoramic sea and mountain views. Here, guests will find the saltwater, heated infinity pool. The surrounding decked terrace is furnished with four sun loungers, as well as a cushioned seating area beneath a retractable shade. An outdoor fireplace completes the space, creating an inviting setting for evening grilling or relaxed nights under the stars.

Local Area - Korcula Town
Villa Stella is located a 10 minute drive from the historic town of Korcula. Korcula Town, the jewel of the island, captivates visitors with its medieval charm and relaxed atmosphere. Enclosed within ancient walls, this historic town is a maze of narrow cobblestone streets flanked by well-preserved Venetian architecture, including graceful churches and palaces. The focal point is St. Mark's Cathedral, an exquisite example of Dalmatian Gothic architecture. With its waterfront promenades, lively restaurants, cafes and wine bars, and scenic views of the Adriatic Sea, Korcula Town offers a perfect blend of cultural heritage and coastal beauty, enticing travellers to wander its streets and soak in its timeless atmosphere.

Getting to the villa
Villa Stella is located on Korcula Island, the nearest airports would be Split or Dubrovnik Airports on the mainland, most people visiting Korcula Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car you will need to drive to the closest ferry port. 

From Dubrovnik Airport, the ferry port at Orebic is just over two hours' drive away, while the ferry ride to Korcula is approximately 15 minutes long. Ferries run several times a day, seven days a week, and Villa Stella is a short drive from the port on the island.

From Split Airport and Split's Ferry Port, there is a ferry (3hrs long) and catamaran ride (2hrs long) arriving at Vela Luka port on Korcula island. Ferries and catamarans run several times a day, seven days a week, and Villa Stella is located 45 kilometres from the port.
