Villa Curvea is a seven-bedroom villa for up to 14 guests, set in a very rural location in the small hamlet of Boljevići on the western side of the Istrian Peninsula. Surrounded by countryside, the villa offers privacy and space, making it well suited to larger groups seeking a quiet, inland base within driving distance of the coast and local villages.

The Villa 
The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there are five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, alongside the main living spaces, including a spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. These areas are designed for shared use and open directly onto the outdoor terraces.

The upper floor accommodates the remaining two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. This level is set apart from the main living areas, offering a quieter sleeping space and views over the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the villa provides private on-site parking.

Outdoor Space 
The villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces for relaxing or dining outdoors. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. There is a barbecue and dining area, as well as garden space for children or games. The villa is set within open countryside, offering privacy and tranquillity, with room to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding landscape.

Local Area - Boljevići & West Istria
Villa Curvea is situated in the hamlet of Boljevići, a very rural area ideal for walking and hiking. There are no amenities within the hamlet itself, but a handful of local eateries and small villages can be reached within approximately 15 minutes' drive. The Istrian coast is around 20 minutes' drive, offering beaches and seaside towns, while the historic town of Pula, with its shops, restaurants and famous Roman amphitheatre, is approximately one hour away.

Region - Istria
Istria is a peninsula in northern Croatia known for its varied coastline, historic towns and rural interior. The region includes a mix of coastal resorts, small fishing villages and inland hill towns, many with preserved historic centres. Along the coast there are numerous beaches, coves and marinas, while the interior is characterised by vineyards, olive groves and traditional villages.

Istria is well connected by road, making it easy to explore different parts of the region by car. Popular towns such as Rovinj, Poreč and Pula offer a range of restaurants, shops and cultural sites, while smaller villages provide a quieter setting. The region is also known for local produce and dining, with a focus on seafood, olive oil and wine.

Getting to the villa
Pula Airport (PUY) is the nearest international airport, located approximately 50 minutes' drive from the villa. Private airport transfers can be arranged however a hire car is recommended, as the villa is in a rural inland setting and a car will be useful for accessing local villages, shops and restaurants, as well as exploring the wider Istrian region.
