The Villa
Villa Porto Longo is arranged over three floors, with the main entrance on the upper level, where the open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all enjoying sea views and direct access to a large furnished balcony. This floor also features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sea views and balcony access, a twin bedroom with en-suite, and a separate family WC. The middle floor comprises three further double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, sea views to the front and access to furnished balconies. On the lower ground floor is the dedicated wellness area, including a bio sauna, infrared sauna and WC, with direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor whirlpool. An additional annex building houses a billiards table, gym equipment and a second kitchen, with easy access to the barbecue and covered alfresco dining area.

Outside space
The outside space at Villa Porto Longo centres around a large sea-view terrace with private swimming pool (pool heating available at an additional charge), a standalone whirlpool jacuzzi, sun loungers and a comfortable sofa seating area. A covered alfresco dining area seats up to 10 guests and is complemented by a barbecue and dedicated outdoor kitchen, ideal for relaxed meals with a view. Steps lead down from the pool terrace through tiered sea-view gardens, creating several peaceful spots to pause and take in the surroundings, while a stepped path continues through the gardens to the villa's own private sea platform, with direct access into the sea via steps.

Local Area - Labin-Albona
Villa Porto Longo is located on a small peninsula known as Duga Luka (also called Porto Longo), on the eastern side of the Istria Peninsula, within a quiet settlement of just a handful of homes, where the landscape and the sea define the setting. The nearest town is the historic hill town of Labin, around a 12-minute drive inland, where you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafés and shops. For the coast, the seaside village of Rabac is approximately 15 minutes' drive away and offers beaches, waterfront restaurants and a marina, making it the closest option for a lively coastal atmosphere.

Region - Istria
Istria is a peninsula in northern Croatia known for its varied coastline, historic towns and rural interior, combining coastal resorts, small fishing villages and inland hill towns, many with preserved historic centres. Along the coast there are numerous beaches, coves and marinas, while the interior is characterised by vineyards, olive groves and traditional villages, and thanks to good road connections it is easy to explore different parts of the region by car. Popular towns such as Rovinj, Poreč and Pula offer a range of restaurants, shops and cultural sites, while smaller villages provide a quieter setting, and the region is also well known for its local produce and dining, with a strong focus on seafood, olive oil and wine.

Getting to the Villa
Pula Airport (PUY) is the nearest international airport, located approximately 50 minutes' drive from Villa Porto Longo. Private airport transfers can be arranged; however, a hire car is recommended, as the villa is set in a rural inland location and a car will be useful for accessing nearby villages, shops and restaurants, as well as for exploring the wider Istrian region.
