A beachfront villa located on the beautiful Dalmatian coast, Villa Sara has direct sea access, contemporary design, and breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea and islands. This villa is set in 580 square meters, on the beachfront (just 20 m from the sea!), with a heated swimming pool and stunning sea views.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over two floors:
Ground floor:
The ground floor of Villa Sara consists of a large open plan living and dining area. The kitchen consists of ample storage, a large fridge/freezer, a breakfast bar with stool and many appliances for self-catering.
The lounge area consists of two sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace and homely furnishings such as indoor plants and artwork.
The dining area is located between the kitchen and lounge and has a large table which seats 10 guests and overhead lighting.
There is also an additional W/C located on this floor.
First floor:
A small flight of stairs will lead guests up to the first floor where all five of the villas bedrooms are located.
Each bedroom has breathtaking sea view due to the villas fantastic location right by the beach. The bedrooms also have mounted flat screen TV's, ample storage and en-suite bathrooms.
Outdoor areas:
The outdoor area of Villa Sara features a large heated swimming pool, a stone BBQ, sunloungers and a shaded al-fresco dining area.
The villa also has a well-equipped gym which features items such as an elliptical, a trampoline, an exercise bike and yoga mats.
Villa Sara is in an idyllic location just 20 metres from the beach; guests have their pick of using the fantastic sea view swimming pool or swimming in the sea itself!
There is also room for 3 parking places in front of the villa and guests can visit the lovely town of Brela which is located just 700 meters away.

Bookings are by request and all prices are per night and in EUROS (€)
Prices quoted include the following;
- Change of towels every 2 days
- Change of bed linen every 3 days
- First, final cleaning and cleaning every 7 days
- Pool maintenance every 7 days or upon request
- Baby cot and high chair (available upon request)
- Concierge services
- Tourist Tax

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €1,000(EUR) security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
