This modern villa, located in the former fishing village turned beach resort of Baska Voda is ideally located less than 10 minute walk to the marina and surrounding restaurants and bars and less than 5 minutes from the nearest beach which can be reached by a private track leading directly from the villa!
Indoor space
The villa has been beautifully furnished and provides colourful contemporary spaces from which guests can relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The ground floor comprises of a large sitting area, with plenty of seating, a large dining and well equipped kitchen area.  Also on the ground floor also includes a double bedroom and separate WC.  A further four bedrooms are located on the first floor, two double, two single rooms and a family bathroom.  One of the double rooms enjoys a small terrace with table and chairs.
Outdoor space
Outside the property is a well-kept mature garden and alfresco dining area with sea views. The private seasonal swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with loungers and set amongst mature pine and fir trees which provide a great degree of privacy.The villa is equipped with a slide and outdoor toys to keep the children entertained and elliptical cross trainer and weights if you like to keep fit.
