Villa Lujica, situated in the small town of Primošten, is just 5 meters from the sea, and it can accommodate 12 people. Outside there is a private swimming pool, and there is also direct access to the sea where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. The outdoor dining area is perfect for romantic dinners. This villa has 3 separately accessible apartments, which altogether include 4 double and 2 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and sitting area.

Main living area
The main living area is made up of an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area consists of a large "L-shaped" sofa, a coffee table, armchairs and homely furnishings including indoor plants and mounted artwork.The kitchen area consists of a large American style, fridge/ freezer with ice machine. There is also a built-in oven, ample storage and the kitchen area also has a breakfast bar island with two stools.This open plan living area is also home to the main dining table which seats 10 guests and has over head lighting.
Apartment 1

Outdoor space
The outdoor area of Villa Lujica features a large swimming pool with stone steps that lead into the water; there are also many areas for relaxing including rattan seating areas, two al-fresco dining areas (one of which is located underneath a shaded pergona) and there are also sunloungers and an outdoor shower available.
Direct sea access
One of the features that makes this villa so special is the direct sea access; the outdoor area has a path which leads guests from the swimming pool terrace down to the sea edge where there are two sunloungers on a stone platform and direct access into the sea.
